Oct. 12, 2017 -- Dress up as your favorite comic book, cartoon, movie, fantasy or pop-culture character and attend CNM’s first Cosplay Day on Tuesday, Oct. 24, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on the north lawn of the Student Services Center, outside of the old cafeteria.

October 5, 2017 -- Fernando Ramirez-Savon, New Mexico’s first deaf person to pass the state’s Third Party Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) exam that allows him to drive a big rig, learned his truck driving skills at CNM.

CNM’s FUSE Makerspace Opens to Public at Innovate ABQ
Sept. 26, 2017 -- The much-anticipated public opening for the FUSE Makerspace at its new location at Innovate ABQ took place on Sept. 26. FUSE, which opened on CNM’s Main Campus in a 3,000-square-foot space in April 2016, is now located in a 13,000-square-foot facility on the seven-acre Innovate ABQ campus in downtown Albuquerque at Broadway and Central (101 Broadway Blvd NE).
