CNM Receives Grant from AARP to Help Women Over 50 Gain Employment
September 17, 2015 -- The AARP Foundation, a grantee of the Social Innovation Fund, awarded Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) a subgrant designed to help women age 50 and older prepare for new careers. The subgrant will be for $175,000 per year for three years.

Renovated Laboratory Building Now a Cutting-edge Learning Facility

March 11, 2014 -- The CNM-Street Food Institute food truck, which is operated by CNM Culinary Arts students, will make a special stop to serve lunch in the Ted Chavez Hall parking lot from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Students and employees get a 25 percent discount.

CNM to Celebrate Graduates at Ceremony Saturday
Dec. 4, 2014 -- More than 670 graduates will participate in the CNM Fall Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 6, at noon at Tingley Coliseum on the grounds of EXPO New Mexico. About 7,000 family members and friends of the graduates are expected to be in attendance to celebrate the life-changing moment.
