October 22, 2015 -- Forget about the classrooms and labs for a night. On Oct. 30 from 4-7 p.m., Ted Chavez Hall will transform into a spooky haunted house where zombies and ghosts will roam the halls and Frankenstein will sit in an electrocution chair.

Sculpture Commemorating CNM’s 50th Anniversary Being Erected on Main Campus
May 22, 2017 -- A 20-foot tall, five-piece sculpture installation made of Corten steel and stainless steel is starting to take its place on the southwest corner of the CNM Student Resource Center on Main Campus. Part of the monumental artwork, titled “Growing Strength,” was erected last week with installation completion expected by the end of June. A dedication and public lecture will be scheduled in mid-September.

Female Students Majoring in Computer Fields Can Compete for $10,000 Award
November 11, 2015 -- CNM has been named a partner of Academic Alliance of the National Center for Women in Information Technology (NCWIT), making female students majoring in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science eligible for a $10,000 cash prize.
