The paper and pencil version of AccuplacerTM, called a "Companion" exam, is also available to accommodate large groups or other special needs. The paper and pencil version averages 2.5-3 hours for completion of all test batteries. These exams are self paced and are not timed.
** "Ability to Benefit" (ATB) has additional guidelines are as follows:
You must take all three exams at once, even when retesting. Qualifying scores are 55 for reading, 60 for sentence skills, 34 for arithmetic. Companion paper/pencil scores are not eligible for ATB.
