What does "sheet" mean?

A sheet is one piece of paper of any size.

Inform computer lab staff immediately.

What do I do if my allotment of sheets runs out?

Every time you log into a computer, your PaperCut balance will appear, make sure and monitor it so you can be prepared to have enough printing available to complete a document. If you run out mid-printing, let lab staff know. If you need an additional allotment of sheets you can go to the cashier's office at Main or Montoya campuses or to a PaperCut kiosk at any CNM campus.

How long does my allotment of sheets last?

PaperCut allotments are reset at the beginning of each academic term, and last until the final day of the break before the following term.

Does my allotment carry over from term-to-term?

No your allotment does not.

When my allotment runs out, how much do I have to pay per sheet to purchase more sheets?

The cost is $.05 per sheet for additional printing.

Does any printing I purchase carry over from term-to-term?

Yes, any printing you purchase does carry over from term-to-term, however no refunds will be available if you do not use your purchased printing by the time you leave CNM.

What do I do if I don't have any money available?

Every time you log into a computer, your PaperCut count will appear, make sure and monitor it so you can be prepared to have enough printing available to complete a document. If you need more printing and don't have any money, ask a member of the lab staff to help you with your printing options.

Who do I report problems to?

Inform Computer Lab staff immediately. If Lab staff members are not available, contact the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357.
