Scheduling Events at CNM

Request CNM facilities for a special event or meeting

To request a CNM classroom or lecture hall for a special event or meeting, click on the links below to fill out a request form. Please fill out the form completely and click the SUBMIT button to have the request sent to our scheduling office.

An email will be generated and sent to you that we have received your request. We will then contact you regarding confirmation of your room reservation.

For external groups, we require a minimum of 10 working days advance notice prior to the event. Please contact for room rental rates.

Please be advised that food and drinks are not allowed in classrooms or lecture halls, and that scheduled events may need to be moved to accommodate academic course needs. For more information
