The Academic Distance Learning and Make-up Testing Center (ADLMTC) provides a secure, quiet and proctored testing environment for students completing Distance Learning course on-campus exams as well as make-up tests arranged by instructors. The ADLMTC strives to operate in a diligent manner to assure honesty, integrity and fairness in all testing procedures.
The ADLMTC is staffed by CNM testing technicians trained to proctor exams. The Center is primarily funded by the college’s Title V cooperative grant. The Testing Center houses 21 testing stations appropriate for paper and pencil tests. Laptop computers are also available for computer-based and online testing. All tests are administered on a “walk-in” basis. Appropriate lighting, temperature control, and noise restrictions are maintained. The room is secure and appropriate measures are in place to secure the integrity of the exams. What to bring:
All students taking exams must show a picture ID. It is important that you know the class and section that you are taking the exam for as well as your instructor's name.
Location:
The Academic Testing Center is located on the bottom floor of the S-Building in room S-16.
