Learning Styles Assessment:
VARK is a questionnaire that provides users with a profile of their learning preferences. These preferences are about the ways that they want to take-in and give-out information.
The strength of the VARK questionnaire is that it provides strategies that can lead to success in a learning environment. It treats people as different, not dumb and suggests that some strategies may be helpful and some harmful. The answer is to use those you prefer and avoid those that you do not like.
The Keirsey Temperament Sorter is the most widely used personality instrument in the world. It is a powerful 70 question personality instrument that helps individuals discover their personality type.
According to the Keirsey Temperament Theory, there are four basic temperament groups which describe human behavior. Keirsey's four temperaments are referred to as Artisans, Guardians, Rationals and Idealists. These four temperaments can be further subdivided, often referred to as "Character Types". There are four types of Artisans, four types of Guardians, four types of Rationals, and four types of Idealists.
The Values Test can help you learn more about your underlying work needs and motivations and can help you decide what is important to you in a job. The test does this by asking you to rank different aspects of work that represent six underlying work values. Knowing your work values can help you decide what kinds of jobs and careers you might want to explore.
