If your myCNM account is inactive, please readmit and reactivate it before connecting with an online coach.
In compliance with the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), only limited information can be provided by online chat, email and phone.
If you are seeking assistance with course planning or degree evaluation, you will be expected to use tools and resources in your myCNM account and on the website. The online coach will guide you in using these tools and resources to develop a course plan or run a degree evaluation for yourself.
Online Advisement Tips
- There may be a wait for an available online coach. While you wait, prepare for your session by logging into your myCNM, pulling up your program in the catalog, etc.
- If you disconnect and then reconnect, you will go to the bottom of the queue. Thank you for your patience.
- As a courtesy to other waiting students, please remain engaged in your chat. If there is a long delay in your response time ( 2 or more minutes), the coach may need to close the session to assist other students.
