Construction Management Technology



The Central New Mexico Community College Construction Management program provides a broad-based platform of essential skills, knowledge and leadership training necessary to perform a supervisory role in the construction industry.

Graduates are prepared for employment as estimators, project managers, field engineers, expediters and sales representatives.

Jobs may be available working for general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, home builders and other businesses.

CNM's Construction Management program, the only accredited two-year program in the state, received accreditation from the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE).

Many program and general education courses are transferable to the University of New Mexico bachelor's degree program in Construction Management.
