Starting Fall 2009, four BIT programs will transition to the School of Health, Wellness, & Public Safety. Paralegal Studies, Judicial Studies, Court Reporting, and Health Information Technology will directly report to HWPS. The instructional facilities for these programs will still be housed in Smith Brasher Hall for the foreseeable future. Any inquiries regarding these programs may be addressed to the respective chairs or their administrative staff at 224-3845 or 224-4111. Computer Science (CSCI) will be in the School of Math, Science & Engineering. Contact MSE at 224-3561.
BIT Office at Montoya Campus Moving to Main Campus
Due to renovation at Montoya Campus, the BIT office in H-103 will be consolidated with the BIT offices at Smith Brasher Hall on Main Campus. While the BIT Montoya office will close after the Summer 2009 term, Montoya Campus will remain the home base for many BIT faculty. For assistance, please contact our Main Campus receptionist at 224-3811.
BIT Achievement Coach
Kim Jeffries, our School's Achievement Coach, is housed upstairs in the Business Resource Center at Main Campus in SB 210/212. Plan to stop by and introduce yourself! Ms. Jeffries may also be found at Montoya Campus each Wednesday. Contact Kim for information regarding the services of our Achievement Coach.
