Revisiting the basic theories of organization and management functions, this concentration focuses on organizational behavior, human resource management, and supervision. 

Organizational Behavior covers the fundamentals of human behavior within business organizations, organizational relationships, and communication processes that affect motivation and human behavior.

Human Resource Management emphasizes the role of human resource management in relation to organizational requirements.  Topics include human resource management, employee staffing, compensation and benefits, labor relations, Equal Employment Opportunity, affirmative action, training and development, and other related topics. 

Supervision focuses on the fundamental elements of supervision while addressing diverse supervisory roles.  Instruction includes planning and control, organizing, staffing, employee development, and motivating individual and group performance.
