The Software Systems and Applications concentration is a program that offers the opportunity to explore the use of software in the business environment. Students have an opportunity to study computing theory, software applications, including database systems, and problem solving. The study of information technology is one of the fastest growing labor markets. Eight out of ten of the fastest-growing occupations are computer related (Source: Bureau of Labor Statistics).
