Both restaurants and the bakery are operated during a few weeks of each academic term by students in our Culinary Arts, Professional Cooking and Baking programs. Enjoy the Global Café menu available July 16, 17, 23, & 24 by making reservations. Seating is limited to no more than 6 people per reservation. For the optimal dining experience, please plan to arrive early. Parking at CNM's Main campus can be difficult to find. The lot at the NW corner of Buena Vista and Coal is permit parking; however, a few parking meters are available. There is usually free parking available in the Smith Brasher Hall lot at the SW corner of Coal and University. Please plan on a fifteen minute walk to the Global Café from this lot. We look forward to providing you with a delightful dining experience!
