The Alternative Teacher Licensure Certificate Program is a post-baccalaureate program for students obtaining a New Mexico Level 1 teaching license.  Concentrations are offered in Early Childhood (B-3rd grade), Elementary, Secondary, and Special Education.

Our program can take as little as 3-4 semesters to complete with courses offered in the evenings.

The CNM Alternative Teacher Licensure Program coursework is numbered at 200 level and thus will not be accepted as graduate credit at any other institution.
