ITS's Application Development and Support (AD&S) teams provide installation, maintenance, and customization services for CNM's enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, CNM's online services, and related third-party applications. When required, AD&S similarly develops and maintains custom applications for use within CNM.
AD&S is comprised of the following teams:
- Banner Team
The Banner Team provides ongoing support, maintenance, and customization of CNM's ERP system and related third-party software. - Database Team
The Database Team provides administrative support for the CNM's development and production databases used by our ERP system as-well-as third-party applications. - Operations Team
The Operations Team is responsible for fulfilling daily operations work orders, backups, and UNIX account requests for the Banner Team. - Web Services Team
The Web Services Team provides support, maintenance, and customization of CNM's web site, portal, and content management systems. - Quality Assurance Team
The QA team insures that the software development process is followed and approvals are recorded in order to protect the integrity of our systems.
