The The Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) Support Center is divided into two groups: the Service Desk and the PBX Operator.
The Service Desk is dedicated to enhancing customer use of technical products and services. We are a single point of contact for answering questions, resolving problems and coordinating the resolution of problems, processing service requests, providing quick reference training over the phone, and providing other technical resources as requested.
The
PBX Operator group routes incoming calls to CNM and houses the Information Window which provides direction to general walk-in traffic.
