Troubleshooting Send/Receive Email
There are a multitude of reasons why you may not be able to send or receive e-mail. There are some things to check listed below but if these do not apply to your issue or you need additional support please call 224-4357 or e-mail the helpdesk, please make sure you list an alternate form of contact if you are having e-mail issues.
- Are you over your mailbox limit? (limit is 500 MB)
Check your sent items and deleted items folders and clean them out
Remove or move any large attachments in your mailbox (this includes your sent items and deleted items as well).
- Check to make sure your client is online
- Open Outlook client
- click on File
- Make sure "Work Offline" is not checked
