CNM has defined public directory information as:
- Student's name
- Major discipline
- Classification
- Dates of attendance
- Awards and honors
- Degrees/certificates awarded
This information is available to the public and can be released unless an annual written request to withhold the information is on file in the Records Office. A Confidentiality Request Form (74KB) 
may be obtained in the Records Office.
