How to Request Transcripts

All institutional and financial obligations must be cleared/paid before a transcript or diploma can be issued. If there are any holds on your record, you will be notified by phone or mail. Contact the Cashier's Office to discuss your account.

Transcripts may be requested in person, by mail, fax, or phone. Requests are processed at Main Campus within 24 hours of receipt of request, however, additional processing time is required if submitting request at other CNM campuses. Unofficial transcripts can be printed from my CNM by current, active students.

Students may request up to three official transcripts free of charge per calendar year. Additional transcripts cost $3.00 each, or $10.00 for faxes within the continental U.S., and must be paid in advance.
