Prequisites/Co-requisites

Prerequisite: A prerequisite is a requirement that must be successfully completed before a student may enroll in a course. All prerequisite courses must be completed with a "C" or better grade.  A student who receives a W, AU, I, NC, PR, D or F as a final grade may not enroll in any class for which the former is a prerequisite. A "Recommended" prerequisite is one that is strongly suggested for successful completion of the course, but is not required.

Co-requisite: A co-requisite is a course that is either recommended or required to be taken in combination with another course. If a course with a required co-requisite is taken for audit, the co-requisite must be taken for audit. When a course that has a required co-requisite is dropped, the co-requisite must also be dropped.
