Graduation Completion Rate
2004 Cohort The fall 2004 cohort which consists of first-time, full-time degree seeking students at the time of inclusion in the cohort, who declared a program of study.
Completion Rate Students in the cohort who earned an AA/AS/AAS/certificate between fall 2003 to spring 2006 and finished within the 150% to award a particular program.
The completion rate was 7.7%
Transfer Rate Students who transferred to a four year institution within the 150% rule of normal time in a program of study and does not earn an Associates degree or certificate.

The transfer rate was 12%.

Graduation placement rates from the catalog for 2006-2007 was 95%. As of 2006-2007, Job Connection Center rates include all CNM programs.

Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA. P.L. 93-380, 512), as amended, is intended to protect the privacy of educational records, to establish the right of students to inspect and review their education records and to provide guidelines for the correction of inaccurate or misleading data.

Copies of the Rights and Privacy Act are available for examination in Enrollment Services at Main, Montoya, South Valley, and Westside campuses.
