To complete the hiring process, provide the following REQUIRED ORIGINAL documents to Financial Aid and Scholarship Services at Main, Montoya campus, Enrollment Services at South Valley. or Westside campus. The documents are needed to complete the W-4, I-9 and CNM Student Employment Agreement:
- Photo identification (example: valid state driver's license/I.D. OR a U.S. military card)
- An original social security card OR a birth certificate issued by a state, county, or municipal authority bearing a seal or other valid certification
NOTE: If you have lost any of the required documents and are in the process of replacing them, you must wait for the arrival of those documents to complete the hiring process.
