| Veterans transferring to another school are required to fill out a Change of Program or Place of Training form for the chapter they will be receiving benefits under. Transcripts from all previously attended schools must also be sent to the school that you will be transferring to. |
| If you are a Veteran or dependent transferring to CNM from another school you must also fill out a Change of Program or Place of Training form for the chapter you will be receiving benefits under. You must also request an official transcript from institutions previously attended to be sent directly to the CNM Records office for evaluation. If transcripts are not received within two terms, your next class certification will not be processed. |
