Goals and Objectives

1. To provide quality education in the radiologic sciences for the preparation of technologists for entry level positions in radiography.

2. To prepare the student to meet the requirements established for national certification in Radiologic Technology.

3. To provide education in the radiologic sciences that will serve as a basis for those who plan to further their education by pursuing advance certification and/or a baccalaureate degree.

4. To develop the student’s ability to function as an active member of the health care team.

5. To broaden the student’s understanding of health care needs in a culturally diverse society.
