IMR provides comprehensive audiovisual support as well as full-service instructional, informational and promotional media production for CNM faculty and staff.
IMR offices are located at the Main and Montoya campuses, CNM Westside and the Workforce Training Center. Support for the South Valley Campus is provided on an as-needed basis.
IMR is comprised of two primary service groups; Audiovisual Services and Media Production Services.

Audiovisual Services
IMR offers complete audiovisual services and event support to CNM faculty and staff, as well as visiting organizations. In calendar Year 2006 IMR received 24,000 requests for audiovisual services.
Audiovisual Services delivers and operates traditional AV equipment, as well as high-tech presentation carts known as "COWs" (Computers-on-Wheels). Demand for this computer/data projector combination has surpassed all other equipment system requests at the college.
Audiovisual staff members offer consultation services to college faculty and staff regarding the identification, purchase and use of instructional and presentation technology. IMR staff members research emerging technology and provide clients with assistance in the design of media presentation room systems.
Media Production Services
IMR's media production services support the instructional and informational needs of CNM through the creation of high-quality video and multimedia materials.
