Desktop Support

The Desktop Support Group provides support for all desktop systems for our Faculty and Staff, and some of our computer labs here at CNM.  This includes installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software. 

Our group consists of 20 Desktop Support  Specialists and Technicians who have many years of providing desktop support.  We maintain standards for installing all CNM supported software and provide technical assistance to the different areas in CNM's community.
