Staff Phone Extensions Have Changed
The changes in staff members’ phone extensions were made department by department. These changes are reflected in the Microsoft Outlook address book and the online Employee Directory.
Some employees whose positions receive frequent phone calls from outside of CNM have phone lines that allow outside calls to be directly connected (i.e. 224-4444). Others received five-digit extensions that are accessed by callers from outside of CNM by calling 224-4000, then dialing the employee’s five-digit extension.
Since your new phone number was activated, any calls to your old number are routed to the CNM Contact Center, which is prepared to provide your new number to callers. Adjustments such as notifying external constituents who contact you regularly and obtaining new business cards may be necessary.
You will need your CNM employee ID number to set up your voicemail account.
Do not enter the “0” that is the first number of your employee ID, or the system will try to route you to an operator.
