Note: The Service Desk does NOT monitor email 24/7, nor is ITS staff available 24/7.

2014 Fall Term Hours:

August 25th - December 11th, we are OPEN:
Monday - Friday:  7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
August 30th, September 6th, September 13th: (Saturdays) 9:00a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
CLOSED:  September 1st, November 27th and 28th.
 
December 12th - December 19th, we are OPEN:
Monday - Friday:  7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Reporting After Hours System Outages

To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours, call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357. You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2; leave a message to report the outage. This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.
