The Service Desk does NOT monitor email 24/7, nor is ITS staff available 24/7.

Winter Break Hours

CLOSED:

  • Saturday 1/10/2015
  • Sundays, 1/11 and 1/18, 2015 
  • Monday, January 19, 2015 (MLK Holiday)

OPEN:

  • Monday – Friday, 1/5/2015 – 1/16/2015 
    7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, 1/17/2015
    10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Spring Term Hours

CLOSED:

  • Saturdays and Sundays with some Saturday exceptions listed below. 

OPEN:

  • Monday – Friday, 1/20/2015 – 5/7/2015:
    7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays, 1/24, 1/31 and 2/7/2015:
    9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Reporting After Hours System Outages

To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours, call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357. You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2; leave a message to report the outage. This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.
