The Service Desk does NOT monitor email 24/7, nor is ITS staff available 24/7.

  • December 1-11: 
    7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Winter Break & Winter Intersession Hours

OPEN:

  • December 12, 15-19:
    7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • December 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31:
    9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • January 2, 3:
    9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • January 5-9, 12-16:
    7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

CLOSED:

  • December, 20 –21, 25, 2014
  • January 1, 4, 2015

Spring Term Hours

OPEN:

  • Monday – Friday, 1/20/2015 – 5/7/2015:

Reporting After Hours System Outages

To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours, call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357. You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2; leave a message to report the outage. This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.
