ITS Scheduled Outages

Due to an unscheduled service outage at our hosted site, Blackboard IM is not available.  ITS is aware of this issue and is working with our vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

ITS will continue to update you via email as we have more information regarding the resolution of this issue.

Due to scheduled upgrades at the CNM Student Resource Center (SRC), which will directly affect CNM’s Main Campus data center, the following services will be unavailable from 10:00 pm Saturday, February 27, 2016 to 4:00 am (6 hours) on Sunday, February 28, 2016 :

All CNM enterprise-wide computing resources, including ALL:

  • Banner services
  • CNM internal web services
  • Printing services (including networked administrative, lab and classroom printers)
  • File management services (including home directories, SharePoint, "files.cnm.edu<http://files.cnm.edu>", K: and I: drives, etc.)

This system outage will NOT affect access to Distance Learning/CNM Learn!
This system outage will NOT affect CNM telephones!
This system outage will NOT affect access to email O365/Google mail!
This system outage will have some impacts access to CNM Home Page (Public Website)!

 

To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours, call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357. You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2; leave a message to report the outage. This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.
