Due to required system maintenance, the following systems may experience some minor disruption service on Friday, January 23rd, from 10pm to 12 midnight (Tonight!):
- CNM’s student e-mail system, Google Mail – Students may experience some minor disruption in service during this maintenance – Students may see an additional login screen when trying to access Google Mail from the myCNM portal. This additional login screen is temporary, and will only be required during this system maintenance.
This system outage will NOT affect access to Distance Learning/Blackboard!
Due to scheduled system maintenance and testing required for the new MyCNM environment, the following services will be unavailable from 5:00 am to 7:00 am, beginning Tuesday, January 27th, through Saturday, January 31st:
- CNM’s Banner system – ALL core Banner modules will be unavailable!
- Any Banner-related online services under myCNM, (i.e. registration, electronic payments, grades, Web for Faculty, etc.)
Please note that all ‘myCNM’ and Banner services will be restored by 7am.
This system outage will NOT affect access to Distance Learning/CNM Learn!
