Taking Charge of Your Life

One way to transfer information to your long-term memory is to return to it again and again through:  REPETITION, REHEARSAL, AND PRACTICE.

STRESS not only harms the immune system, it harms brain cells and blocks memory.

Physical EXERCISE helps to strengthen brain cells.

Eating BREAKFAST improves mood, motivation, reaction time and may increase test performance.

Adequate SLEEP is essential for acquiring new knowledge and learning new skills.
