To Report an Outage

Report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours:

Call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357.

You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2; leave a message to report the outage.

This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.

Due to scheduled system maintenance being performed, the following service may be unavailable for a brief period; Thursday, November 3, between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.:

  • Authentication (logging in) to Office 365.

This system outage will NOT affect access to Distance Learning/CNM Learn!
