To Report an Outage
Report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours:
Call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357.
You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2; leave a message to report the outage.
This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.
Our regularly scheduled outages are on Thursday nights at 10:00pm until 2:00am on Friday mornings.
