To Report an Outage

Report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours:

Call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357.

You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2; leave a message to report the outage.

This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.


Due to system maintenance being performed on CNM’s Blackboard system, while we anticipate no interruption in service as a result of the work being done, the following services may be intermittently unavailable; Friday, July 22, 12:01 a.m. - 4:00 a.m.:

  • All services on CNM’s Blackboard/Learn system
