Annual Paid Permit
Paid permits are valid only for the parking lot it was purchased for but can be utilized in all general parking lots as well.
Paid permits are transferable if the owner has multiple vehicles.
Paid parking permits are not valid for parking meters.
How to get an Annual Paid Permit
Annual Paid Permits are available for full-time CNM staff and faculty only at a cost of $150 per academic year. Payroll deduction is available by contacting CNM Parking Services by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling Parking Services at (505) 224-4637.
Payroll deduction is perpetual so once you have signed up you do not need to return to our office to set it up again.
How to Display
Paid permit hanging permits must be properly displayed on the rear view mirror inside of the vehicle with the permit number facing out.
Failure to properly display a current paid parking permit may result in and/or the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.

Special permits are available for CNM Departments only. All requests must be sent by email to the Parking Services Manager at email@example.com.
