AQIP Strategy Forum
Participation in a Strategy Forum is an important component of the AQIP process. The Strategy Forum provides a venue for the College to refine, retire, and add Action Projects that frame and focus future activities. Participation in Strategy Forums drives improvement by ensuring the College maintains an up-to-date Systems Portfolio. Participation in Strategy Forum programs provide the impetus that drives CNM to use System Appraisal feedback in shaping new strategies, aligning systems, and creating new, yet specific, Action Projects.
