AQIP Systems Portfolio
The Systems Portfolio consists of an organizational overview and major College systems that contribute to CNM's vision, mission, and goals. The Systems Portfolio includes the nine AQIP categories that provide data and information regarding the critical systems and processes in place at CNM. For each system, the College answers specific questions for each of the nine AQIP Criteria. These questions pertain to context, processes, results, and improvement. The nine AQIP Criteria are listed below: - Helping Students Learn
- Accomplishing Other Distinctive Objectives
- Understanding Students’ and Other Stakeholders’ Needs
- Valuing People
- Leading and Communicating
- Supporting Institutional Operations
- Measuring Effectiveness
- Planning Continuous Improvement
- Building Collaborative Relationships
A Systems Portfolio is submitted to the Higher Learning Commission. A Systems Appraisal Feedback Report assesses each of the nine AQIP criteria and identifies strengths and opportunites for improvement. The College's responses to the Systems Appraisal Feedback Report are sent to the Systems Appraisal Team. An AQIP Quality Checkup Site Visit is scheduled. AQIP Reviewers provide a Quality Checkup Report to the College.
