AQIP Project Teams (Archive)

The AQIP Teams were formed in 2002 as part of CNM’s re-accreditation process. Each team is addressing a key project that has the potential to significantly enhance student learning and organizational effectiveness. The AQIP projects are to:

  • Establish measurable core competencies for all CNM associate degree graduates.
  • Create an "enrollment management system" to identify, establish, and maintain an optimum number of students at CNM.
  • Improve faculty/staff recruitment and hiring processes with an emphasis on increasing the diversity of the faculty and staff.
  • Develop a College-wide professional development system.

The teams are:

Enrollment Management Team
Faculty/Staff Hiring, Recruitment, Retention, and Diversity Team
Professional Development Center Team
Student Academic Achievement Committee
