Event Scheduling



To request a CNM classroom or auditorium for a special event, please click on the links below to fill out the request form.  Please fill out the form completely and click the submit button to have the request sent to our scheduling office.  An email will be generated and sent to you that we have received your request.  We will then contact you regarding confirmation of your room reservation.  For external groups, we request a minimum of 5 working days advance notice prior to the event.  Please be advised that food and drinks are not allowed in classrooms, and that scheduled events may need to be moved to accommodate academic course needs.  Click here to see our room rental rates for external events.  Please call 224-3333 for more information.
