It is the policy of Central New Mexico Community College to accommodate the timely storage, retrieval, and disposition of records created, utilized, and maintained by the various departments. The period of time that records are maintained is based on the minimum requirements set forth in the State and Federal retention schedules. |

It is the policy of Central New Mexico Community College to process, capitalize, and inventory all equipment with values of $1,000 or greater; along with a few exceptions such as: grants, cell phones, computers and equipment on loan to CNM.
