Casual Instructional Technician pool for the NURSING ASSISTANT PROGRAM
$10.96 per hour (will work on an intermittent basis for an indefinite period of time not to exceed 750 hours per year)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The instructional technician works under the direct supervision of the Nursing Assistant Program Director. Responsibilities may include record keeping, duplicating, setting up labs, fax machines, printers, and basic computer skills. Instructional Technicians must have knowledge of Nursing Assistant skills. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Completion of related postsecondary coursework required. Ability to relate to and instruct a on-traditional, diverse student population. PREFERENCES: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Teaching or training experience preferred. WORK SCHEDULE: Work schedule will be varied. May include early hours/weekend hours. DATE OF EMPLOYMENT: Upon approval.
