CNM Ingenuity Receives Mayor’s Entrepreneurship Prize

Nov. 16, 2017 -- CNM Ingenuity is one of four organizations to share the 2017 Mayor's Prize for Entrepreneurship, Mayor Richard Berry and the Albuquerque Community Foundation recently announced.

CNM will receive $65,000 for the IGNITE Community Accelerator and FUSE Makerspace initiatives. The IGNITE Accelerator provides an array of support for early-stage businesses and the FUSE Makerspace provides access to a wide variety of state-of-the-art equipment to support entrepreneurs seeking to micro-manufacture their products. 

Other award winners are Downtown ABQ Mainstreet /Three Sisters Kitchen, Keshet and WESST. The Mayor’s Prize is a competitive grant program for institutions that offer programs intended to improve skill development, job growth and expansion of new companies.
