CNM Employees Invited to Attend Deer Oaks EAP Services Orientation Sessions

July 16, 2014 -- CNM Human Resources is providing the opportunity for employees to learn more about the new vendor and the services provided through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Representatives from Deer Oaks EAP will be present to provide more details on the services they provide and how to access the various services.

EAP provides six confidential short-term counseling visits, per person, per issue, per year that are free to employees and household members.  Some reasons to seek services may be stress, depression, anger management, marital and family problems, work related difficulties, and/or substance abuse.  Furthermore, Deer Oaks EAP provides:

  • Leadership & Supervisor Training
  • Online Tools, Tips & Articles
  • Work/Life Balance Coaching
  • Child Care/Elder Care Resources
  • Retiree Assistance Program
  • Legal & Financial Consultations
  • Substance Abuse Services
  • Health & Wellness Education

This is a great opportunity for employees to receive more information about the program and ask the professionals from Deer Oaks EAP questions.  All employees are encouraged to attend one of the upcoming informational sessions that are being held at the various locations below.

July 24
Rio Rancho Campus, RR1209, 9-10 a.m.
