Attend Mindfulness Events and Help Improve Quality of Life at Work and Home
Recently, neuro-scientists and others scientists have discovered that consistent mindfulness practices positively impact the entire nervous system. There is rigorous, peer-reviewed research showing that consistent mindfulness practice can: alleviate stress; boost immunity; improve working memory and age-related cognitive decline; lessen anxiety; improve cardiovascular health; increase ability to concentrate; prevent insomnia; and improve creativity.
Research on applications of mindfulness in education shows that mindfulness can also create a cooperative, more engaged learning community -- benefiting students and educators alike.
