Achievement Coach

What is an Achievement Coach?

An Achievement Coach helps students succeed. The role of the Achievement Coaches is to help students succeed with their education and career goals. This is accomplished by problem solving to eliminate barriers to their education and to build on their strengths. The overall goal of the Achievement Coaches is to help retain students in the School of Adult & General Education classes.

Which students do you work with?

The School of Adult & General Education Achievement Coaches work with any student taking a GED Class, an English as a Second Language (ESL) class, an English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) class, or a Developmental Education class. Developmental Education classes are any classes that are numbered below 1000. We also support students taking any College Success Experience (CSE) class.

Are there other Achievement Coaches?
