What is Spanish?
The Spanish department offers courses in introduction to Spanish which includes speaking, writing, listening and culture (1101 & 1102), intermediate Spanish in speaking, writing, listening and culture (2201& 2202), conversation (1103 & 2203), Literature (2280), translation (2277), as well as introduction to Spanish for students who consider Spanish their heritage and have some comprehension of the spoken language (111 & 112).
What is French?
Beginning French provides students with basic grammar and skills for comprehending and speaking French as well as understanding the history of the French language. Intermediate French will expand on basic skills and introduce students to important aspects of French culture.
