Coordinated Program Entry - Screening Criteria and Upcoming Deadlines

Below are deadlines and screening criteria for all Coordinated Entry Programs. Please read this information carefully.

Students who wish to be eligible to register for these program must submit a Pre-Registration Screening Form available on the Coordinated Entry Website. Forms will not be available online until the available date. Forms will close on the deadlines listed at 5pm.

Students must complete a new Pre-Registration Screening form if they are unable to secure a seat in the program for that term.

Pre-Registration Screening dates for Fall 2015 screening have been updated. View the specific program below for Fall 2015 screening deadlines.

  • The Surgical Technology Program will NOT become a Coordinated Entry Program in 2015. This program will remain a open enrollment program.

Pre-Registration Screening Important Notes:

1. For Fall 2015 Pre-Registration Screening- Students registered in required course(s) for Summer 2015 term at CNM will be considered “In Progress”. “In Progress” courses must be on your record with a final grade at the end of Summer 2015 term. 

2.  Pre-Registration Screening Forms must be submitted every cycle if prior registration attempts have been unsuccessful.

3. Entrance Exams and cumulative GPA requirements must be met at time of Pre-Registration Screening Form submission.

4. All passing entrance scores must be from the same exam attempt

5. The School of Health, Wellness, and Public Safety reserves the right to make reasonable changes as necessary
