Per CNM Policy, all institutional and financial obligations must be cleared/paid before an OFFICIAL transcript is released. If there are any holds on your record, an official transcript request will not be processed. An unofficial transcript can be issued if there are holds. Contact the Cashier's Office to discuss your account.
Transcripts requests are processed within two business days in receipt of request and payment. Unofficial transcripts can be printed from MyCNM by current students and former students can submit a Transcript Request Form.
Note: Rush transcript requests are not accepted. Also, official transcripts are not emailed.
Complete and sign the Transcript Request Form and submit it using one of the following methods:

NOTE: Please remember to include your signature on the Transcript Request Form and a copy of an official photo ID is required. Examples: current driver’s license or ID, university/college issued ID, current high school ID, government issued military ID.
Photo ID is not required when sending an official transcript to college(s) or business(s).

- $10.00 charge for faxed unofficial transcript, paid in advance to Cashiers
- Unofficial transcripts are free (Note: unofficial transcripts are generally not accepted as an attested academic record).

Payment can be made at the Cashier’s Office at Main Campus (SSC 106), Montoya Campus (TW 104) or Westside Campus (WSII 104)/ OR by phone using a credit card, call (505)224-3471 Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
