Transcript Request

Effective May 4, 2016, Central New Mexico Community College has authorized Parchment, Inc. to manage the online ordering, processing, and secure delivery of CNM transcripts.

Parchment offers many benefits, including:

  • Fast and secure
  • Easy to track sent and received orders
  • Automated email notifications sent when transcripts are processed and received
  • Rush mail services available

Official transcripts cost $5.50 per copy. Parchment accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Also, there is an additional fee for transcripts requested to be mailed via FedEx ($25 domestic, $47.50 international). 

Current students can view and print unofficial transcripts from myCNM. Former students may order an unofficial transcript by completing and submitting the Unofficial Transcript Request Form.

Note:  All financial obligations at CNM must be paid before an official transcript can be ordered through Parchment. If there are any holds on your record, an official transcript request will not be processed.  An unofficial transcript can be issued if there are holds.  Contact the Cashier's Office, (505) 224-3000 for assistance with your account.

How to Order an Official Transcript

Current students (attended CNM within the last three terms)

  1. Log in to myCNM with username and password

  2. Once logged in select the “Student” tab

  3. Select “Request an Official Transcript “link

  4. Follow the on screen prompts to order your official transcript(s)

  • Select Destination Type (organization or school, yourself, or another individual)
  • Select Product Type (electronic, paper transcript mailed with/without attachments, or paper transcript pick-up)
  • Enter Order Options and Payment Information
  • Review and Confirm to submit your order
  • A confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you

Former students (have not attended CNM within the last three terms)

  1. Click here to access the Parchment login page.

  2. If this is your first time logging in, you need to create a Parchment account to sign in

  3. Follow the on screen prompts to order your official transcript(s)

  • Select Destination Type (organization or school, yourself, or another individual)
  • Select Product Type (electronic, paper transcript mailed with/without attachments, or paper transcript pick-up)
  • Enter Order Options and Payment Information
  • Review and Confirm to submit your order
  • A confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you.
