Central New Mexico Community College has become institutional members of the Online Learning Consortium (OLC) formerly Sloan-C.  The Online Learning Consortium is the leading professional organization devoted to advancing quality online learning providing professional development, instruction, best practice publications and guidance to educators, online learning professionals and organizations around the world.


State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA)

Central New Mexico Community College has recently been approved to participate in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) via the NM Higher Education Department and the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) As a participating institution, CNM Distance Learning Courses/Program will need to to follow the Interregional Guidelines for the Evaluation of Distance Education programs. Become a CNM student: Want to take online classes at CNM? You will first need to apply and register.

Schedule of Classes: Online classes are listed in the class schedule. To locate online, blended, or hybrid courses under "Session" select the type of course you are interested in. NOTE: online classes will show 'TBA' in the time, days and where fields.

  • Online- 100% of coursework is done online
  • Hybrid- 50% of coursework is done online and 50% is done face to face in the classroom
  • Blended- 51% - 99% of coursework is done online

Login to CNM Learn: Once you have registered for an online, hybrid, or blended course; your course will be listed in CNM Learn on the first day the course is scheduled to start.

CNM Learn Drop-in Lab Schedule: Need help navigating the online learning environment or just need a refresher? The distance learning department offers drop in lab hours to help you at the beginning of each term.
