Ms. Gramstad is currently the Administrative Director of Distance Learning and Instructional Support at Central New Mexico Community College (CNM). Prior to accepting the position in New Mexico, Audrey was the Dean of Distance Education and Customized Training at Minnesota West Community and Technical College, a multi-campus community college within the 32 college Minnesota State College and University (MnSCU) system. In addition to the college administrative duties, as Dean of Distance Education, Audrey worked with the MnSCU Office of the Chancellor in the deployment and development of the MnSCU statewide distance education portal, Minnesota Online, as well as serving on the online student services task team for Minnesota Online.

During her nearly twenty five year career in Chicago, Audrey was employed as an instructional designer, curriculum developer, trainer, project manager and distance education administrator in business and in private higher education. Ms. Gramstad has been an educational consultant in Europe and has received numerous awards for video production including a Chicago Film Festival and a golden Telly Award in the industrial training category.

Audrey received her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Oklahoma, Norman and her Master of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa in Instructional Design and Technology.
