Student Services

An accredited Community College, CNM specializes in job training, offering certificates in 39 business, health, technologies and trades occupations and associate degrees in 31 occupational fields and liberal arts. We host skill-building workshops, walk-in learning centers, services for business owners and customized work force training.

Admissions

The Admissions Office is located in the Administration Office – SV-40.   All Admissions Services are available at the South Valley Campus.

Academic Advisement and Career Development

Academic Advisement and Career Development services are available.  A counselor is usually available every Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Times are approximate.  Please call ahead to insure Advisement help is available.

Assessment/Placement Testing
 

Accuplacer Placement is offered at the South Valley Campus on a scheduled basis.  Scheduled Dates.

Cashier Services

Payments accepted at South Valley Campus must be made by check or Money Order for the exact amount and must be received no later than 2:30pm on your payment deadline date.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid Applications and Electronic Filing is available at the South Valley Campus in the Student Services Office – SV-40. 

New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation Sessions for first time college students are available at the South Valley Campus Student Services Office – SV-40. 

Registration

Registration Services are provided in the Student Services Office – SV-40.
