How to Apply for a Position at CNM
CNM accepts employment applications for announced job vacancies only. Everyone applying for a position at CNM should read this page.
Each position you wish to be considered for will require a separate employment application with your e-mail address. In addition, you may be required to submit other necessary documents as requested on the job announcement (resume, copies of transcripts, letter of interest (cover letter), etc.)
Online procedure for applicants and current employees at CNM: (Attention CNM employees we no longer use the Employee Referral Form, please submit all REQUESTED APPLICATION DOCUMENTS)
- Fill out Online Application Form found by clicking on "Apply Now" link within the job posting.
- Complete the EEO-6 Survey (voluntary)
- Attach cover letter and Resume to application
- Transcripts can be faxed to 505-224-4611, emailed to CNMCareers@cnm.edu or mailed to the address below. Please put the appropriate job number on transcripts.

Cover Letter and Resume - If you have difficulties submitting your cover letter and resume with the application, complete the application without them and e-mail them to CNMCareers@cnm.edu, with the appropriate job number.
Note: All attachments should use MS Word, WordPerfect, or Text formats.
Letters of reference, performance evaluations of any type, and letters of recommendation are not accepted unless specifically requested on the job announcement.
